What
about safety and possible side effects?
Because
of its unique process, aculight targets the hair follicle
and not the surrounding skin, so compared to other types
of treatments, there is significantly less post treatment
reddening and/or irritation.

long will results last?
Results
vary with each individual client, but for most people,
their goal is reached in 4-6 treatments, with further
maintenance highly recommended to retain the desired

does it compare to waxing or electrolysis?
The
treatment is performed with little discomfort. At the
most, sensitive patients might experience a slight sensation
resembling light sunburn. After treatment, the skin
has a pink glow, and you can resume your normal activities
almost immediately. The procedure can be done during
lunch hour.

What
does it feel like to be treated with the Aculight System?
Although
there is a warm sensation this is not considered to
be uncomfortable. Some clients have felt a small snap
not unlike a rubber band snap would feel. Again, most
everyone feels the treatment is not nearly as uncomfortable
as electrolysis and certainly less painful than waxing.
